Essay #2 topic

I am going to write my paper on the topic of torture. I will cover both the pros and cons, and the main reasons that people support it and/or do not support it. I am aware that it is a very controversial topic, but I will not censor it in an effort not to offend people. I think that it will be a better paper if it does not censor certain subtopics of torture.

    Michael,

    I like your topic. We are going to talk about these in class tomorrow. However, a part of me kind of wants you to wait until the next paper to use this topic. You seem highly interested in this, and I think you will find a LOT of information. The next paper is 5-6 pages long, so it's something to think about.

    As I said, we'll discuss this in the library tomorrow.
